We can treat patients 17 and older. For patients under 18, a parental consent is required and patient must be willing to receive an IV.
* We cannot administer IV infusions to any patient with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Kidney Failure or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), renal failure (ESRD) on dialysis or with liver disease.
* In addition, we will not be able to administer an IV infusion to any patient with abnormal vital signs or experiencing a medical emergency to ensure your safety.
No, we do not access ports.
Depending on the patient and infusion requested, our IV appointments typically take between 40 – 60 minutes. Some packages, such as NAD+, require 2-4 hours depending on the dosage.
Our hours of operation are 8am-8pm Monday thru Saturday. Sunday and 24 hour service is available but is subject to nurse or paramedic availability and location. An after-hours fee will apply.
We operate under a strict set of protocols and standing orders approved by the medical director. All of our medical professionals are highly skilled,trained and certified in critical care and IV administration.
Our customized approach is geared to meet your individual need. Therefore, the frequency of IV therapy is based upon a patient-by-patient health and wellness goal. We recommend two IV vitamin drips a month for preventative maintenance.
