We do not accept insurance, but we do accept cash, credit,debit, HSA, FSA, Venmo and Zelle.

We are able to treat patients 16 and older. For patients under 18, a parental consent is required and patient must be willing to receive an IV.

* We cannot administer IV’s to any patient with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Kidney Failure or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), renal failure (ESRD) or on dialysis.
* In addition, we will not be able to administer an IV infusion to any patient with abnormal vital signs or experiencing a medical emergency to ensure your safety.

No, we do not access ports.

Depending on the patient and infusion requested, our IV appointments generally take anywhere from 30-45minutes. Allow more time for larger dose infusions such as NAD+ 1000mg or high dose Vitamin C infusions.

Our hours of operation are 8am-8pm Monday thru Saturday. Sunday and 24 hour service may be available but is subject to nurse or medic availability and location. Also, an after-hours fee will apply.

We operate under a strict set of protocols and standing orders approved by the medical director. All of our medical professionals are highly skilled,trained and certified in critical care and IV administration.

B12 injections are typically done weekly but can be administered bi-weekly based on personal preference.
